psychedelia 최고 밴드들 중 하나로서 인용되는 Misunderstood는 캘리포니아 출신이다. 그들의 영국행을 제안한 사람은 다름아닌 John Peel이었다. 1968년 초기 멤버들의 해산 후 Glen Campbell은 Juicy Lucy밴드의 멤버로 간 영국 음악인들과 함께 밴드를 재 결성했다. 1982년 Dream Faded 레코드에서 처음 발매되어 Indie charts 16위에 오르기도 하였다.
