1996년 밴드의 공식적인 메이저 데뷔 앨범 [Signify] 발표이후 97년 이태리 로마에서 가졌던 라이브 실황. 3일간 진행된 이 공연에서는 이들 최상의 연주력과 테크닉을 선보여 가장 훌륭한 공연실황으로 손꼽히고 있다. 'Waiting', 'The Sky Moves Sideways', 'Radioactive Toy'등 주옥같은 네오 사이키/프로그의 명곡들을 마치 스튜디오 레코딩처럼 빈틈없이 연주하고 있다. 오리지널 수록곡외에 네 곡의 보너스트랙을 포함한 2CD 북케이스 패키지로 재발매되었다.
