두 장의 앨범을 발표했던 1966년. 그 중 앞의 것에 해당하는 본작은 Stevie Wonder의 프로듀싱과 작곡 능력을 드러내기 시작한 앨범이다. 물론 아직도 팝소울의 영역에서 10대의 아이돌 스타 티를 벗지 못하고 있지만, 단순한 러브 송 이상의 예술적 성취를 갈망하는 모습을 엿볼 수 있다. 큰 히트를 기록했던 'Nothin's Too Good For My Baby'과 타이틀 곡 'Uptight (Everything's Alright)', 'Pretty Little Angel', 그리고 Bob Dylan의 커버 'Blowin' In The Wind'가 수록되어 있다.
